Who we are

Whooshcard is a sole trader business in the United Kingdom, at 36 Royal Crest Avenue, London. Whooshcard is the controller of the details you send. Write to info at whooshcard dot com about anything in this notice.

What we collect, and why

When you send the form, we get your name, your shop's name if you give it, your email address and your message, and the country your request came from. Your IP address is used for a moment to check the form for bots and to stop floods of messages; it is not kept. We use these details only to read your message and reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. You do not have to use the form: you can email us instead.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare runs this website, checks the form for bots (Turnstile) and delivers the message as an email.
• Google hosts the mailbox where the message arrives (Gmail).

Cloudflare and Google may handle your details outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, under the safeguards in their data processing terms. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing. The website keeps no copy of your message; the email is the only copy.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for up to 12 months after our last reply, then delete it, unless you become a customer.

Cookies

We set no cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use what it needs to tell people from bots, only for that purpose. We run no analytics or advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct, delete or restrict them, or object to how we use them. Email us, and we will answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
